About
I'm Anna
I've practiced yoga since I was 14, and I've also worked in some of the most high-stress environments out there: management consulting and VC-backed tech startups.
Today I help people trust their intuition through yoga, meditation, and coaching. I work with people one-on-one and facilitate spaces at retreats and residencies around the world.
Philosophy
You can be ambitious and equanimous at the same time.
I studied Psychology & Economics at Duke, joined Bain out of college, then left consulting for Mindbloom, a psychedelic therapy startup. Through all of it I kept practicing, kept meditating, kept traveling.
In 2025 I decided to give my mindfulness practice the same seriousness I'd given my career. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yogamaya, sat Vipassana, a 10-day silent meditation retreat, and traveled across the world to study with teachers in the Himalayan and Buddhist traditions.
Every step taught me to trust my intuition a little more.
I like to say the hardest thing is to figure out what you want. Once you know, the rest isn't nearly as challenging.
Don't wait until you burn out to find your way back to yourself. Integrate it into your life now.
